I arrived and called the practice because I was left waiting at the concierge desk. I was then told that the therapist I booked with was not here today, no one is free to give me a replacement treatment, that I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment in the first place, that currently they can’t tell me when they will contact me again for a reschedule or refund or my prepayment. Whoever answered the phone made me feel like it was my fault I was able to book at all. Utter waste of time.
