Massage was good, could not fault it

I’m not a complainer but this treatment wasn’t good. The sticky tape was in my eyes so often making my eyes run like I’ve never had before, the bed was pushed up against the wall so my legs didn’t fit on, and the process was uncomfortable and painful. All of the lashes I have on my eyes are stuck onto my waterline and so are now very red and swollen. If it was a tricky job I would have preferred if the therapist had said she couldn’t do it, as I now have very sore eyes and am going to have to find somewhere to take them off.

A very enjoyable neck & back hot stone massage. I was called in 10mins late (which was fine) but only realised when I left that I'd only had a 20mins massage, rather than 30, which was disappointing
