Very unprofessional and over priced. Dirty and used towel on my hair. I will not be going there again. Walking in to do single plait, l was not told how much it would cost, only told at the end. I was made to wait for 20 mins before being approached. I will definitely not be visiting there again. There are too many other hairdressers in Croydon to subject myself to Place hairdresser as it is now known.
Booked for a weave on however the stylist said that she had not been notified of the booking. She was extremely busy with other clients and did not tell me how long I would have to wait until I asked after more than 30 mins waiting. Not impressed with the level of professionalism or communication that I witnessed within this business - not very posh Freda ! There are so many other hairdressers in Croydon - I wont be back.
