Treatment was pre-booked and I had to explain what I was booked in for, they didn't know or hadn't checked. I paid for eyebrow wax and tint but didn't get the tint in the end, they didn't even mention it and so I couldn't be bothered, it felt awkward having already paid in advance, I felt I got a poor service because they weren't seeing cash. Bed and equipment looked a bit grubby, but clean paper sheet was put over it for me. The leg wax was done properly though, and Kush was very professional.

Beautician wasn't in so didn't get my treatment till 2 days later. The appointments didn't go through to lavish and they couldn't see me on their computer so other people were booked on at the same time but the lady did manage to cut my son's hair and it looks nice, he's pleased with it. Will go again but won't book there through treatwell again.
