The salon is a little cold, but Sara is aware and warmed the bed and had a blanket if needed. Treatments lovely, left feeling very relaxed, can't ask for much else.

Started 10 minutes late, did not extend massage time. Room was cold and I was told it is normal to feel cold during a massage. Head massage was a 90% a light back massage at best. Pulling of hair, more stressful than relaxing. Deep tissue back massage was a light Swedish massage at best. Worst massage experience yet; waste of time and money. Would like a refund.
