Sophie is a hidden gem. I was in such pain with my shoulder and after one session it was 100 per cent better. Stomach accupuncture is amazing highly recommended.

Sophie was amazing, professional I would say old school therapist who did an amazing job. All I would ask if she supplied gas and air for those really tight knots!! 😂😂 but no pain no gain. Already feeling the difference. Already booked to go back. I have had massage and acupuncture both treatments were very good. A hidden gem in Hitchin.
