I found that it was not very professional, the lady doing my waxing was complaining about how my appointment was hurting her arms. My appointment started late and when leaving no staff bothered saying bye or relised i was leaving even though I said goodbye. Prices are amazing but the service itself was poor as hairs were left. There was residue of wax on my arms and no effort was made to resolve this. I will not be coming here again due too this experiance.

It was a great facial the only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the products they were all cold which interrupted a relaxing experience
