No one on reception in the hotel and no signage to the spa. Eventually a receptionist appeared and directed us to the spa. No receptionist at the spa and after waiting for 5 minutes someone did eventually appear. No smile no welcome. She Showed us around and did offer robes but as we weren’t going to swim to avoid using the shower we didn’t take them. The tea and coffee machine was awful. The strength of the coffee was far too high, there was no sugar, no milk no explanation why Until she told u

Spa was old fashioned,dinner was bland, breakfast was pathetic, 1 sausage.double room was two single beds pushed together and old fashioned room. I wouldn't stay here again

Staff mainly friendly and helpful. Facilities tired, changing rooms a bit smelly. Not much room by pool to relax and lots of beds had towels on them. No jacuzzi, steam room not working properly, had to ask for paper cups for drinks. Treatment of facial was amazing but that’s all, overall disappointing

The only problem I had with the whole spa break was the restaurant the food wasn't that great and the staff were useless 3 people tried to get our order for food but It still took ages for the food to arrive when our main meal arrive 1/2 hour after Finishing our starter it had the wrong side took us 5 minutes to get someone's attention to ask for the correct side they were not happy that we asked for what was on the menu and not a substitute with out our consent we had to ask 2 different staff to get our sides changed and then it took 20 minutes for the right side to arrive we had finished the rest of our meal we ask 4 members of staff to take a drink order and ended up going to the bar ourselves to get a drink but the rest of the break was fantastic with great friendly staff everywhere else
