The whole experience could not have been better, from the friendly and professional staff to the amazing spa treatments (not to mention the food). The hotel is spotlessly clean but still has a very cozy and welcoming feel with fires roaring everywhere you turn. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Thank you for an exceptionally lovely couple of days Ardoe house.

The spa experience was good, however, our lunch was pretty poor. We got a small bowl of soup which wasn’t very warm. Our sandwich was very poor. We were then served tea which was tepid. This was a treat for my daughter after her exams. I felt disappointed in the standard of food.

It was my first time at a spa. And a special birthday present for my daughters 18th. The decor was beautiful, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The spa staff were again so friendly and my daughter and I had lovely massages. The spa facilities were fantastic and our room was amazing. Our food was very fancy and my daughter who's birthday it was asked if she could have something not on the menu and they made her something else. I also ordered a birthday cake which was stunning. We had a wonderful time at the Ardoe House spa. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. First of all, we used the gym - really well equipped for a hotel gym. Then we visited the pool/steam room/sauna. The facilities are excellent and the changing room very good. The only wee thing I would say is that the showers could benefit from a revamp.
My husband and I both had treatments, which were very good indeed. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.
