Very disappointing experience. Despite booking a senior stylist cut (and paying for it) I was told he was not available and it was recommended that someone 'equally' as good would do it instead. The girl who did my hair had no idea what she was doing. I have not only ended up with a terrible hair cut but she was so careless while brushing my hair (or my ears I should say) that my ears has scratches/ scubs thanks to her gentle combing.

Experience at salon was great. However, will not be using Treatwell to book any further treatments, anywhere. Booked and paid online, then on confirmation email was a line saying I'd have to pay an additional £8 to cover PPE - don't believe this was mentioned at time of booking or in T&Cs?
