Okay haircut, shorter than what I asked and the stylist didnt really listen to what I said / asked

I have never had my hair cut from anyone who listened to what I really wanted until now. Joseph asked me what I wanted, explained how we can approach the style I'm looking for and carried out a really impressive style cut.
