I'm so upset and disappointed I turned up today for my massage (which I'm in desperate need off) for no one to be there! Having spent 10 minutes knocking and then trying the telephone number listed on treatwell - doesn't work it's cuts of straight away. A shocking way to treat customers take your money and then not show up. A very disappointed customer in need of an explanation and refund asap.

Hate leaving negative reviews but really disappointed to have booked an appointment, emailed ahead detailing the treatments I wanted and when I arrived, the salon being closed. No one made contact at any point and have since emailed again and received nothing. Sure the salon is lovely but ring and confirm you’re actually going to be seen before wasting time travelling!

Alex was superb and very friendly, so felt right at home even though I’d not been to the salon before. The massage was perfect and left me feeling very relaxed and calm. Perfect for de stressing. Alex was also really helpful and patient with me as I decided what colour to have for my nails and left with a really lovely set of nails. Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent service in a calming environment. Free car park very close by, just remember to display a ticket. Will be returning soon and won't hesitate to recommend.
