I was supposed to receive a pre natal massage, but the same day at 8.15 am I was called by the owner and he told me that he offered me a shiatsu massage instead. I was very disappointed because it is the second time that a pre natal massage is cancelled when using Treatwell centres. I have been checking previous comments and it seems that for the The Wellness Centre Clapham Junction is a regular practice to change the kind of massage in the last minute. In this page, you can read Syan, Enbem and Buzzy feedbacks: all them received a shiatsu massage at the end, but not the massage they had previously booked.
We have received a call a few hours before our booking, on a saturday morning, saying that they couldn´t be able to do the treatment that we booked 1 week ago because the massagist wasn´t available
This is the second time that I try to book a pregnancy massage for my wife with Treatwell and both got cancelled. It was supossed to be for her birthday, two weeks ago, but now I will book it going to a different place because this is not serious nor proffessional.
