I am a total convert when it comes to this treatment (and I have tried a lot in my time!) It works! I was keen to tone up for a upcoming holiday and in just 6 sessions I could see a difference to my jelly like skin texture below my bottom. Sticking to the light diet and no alcohol after training also really helped me lose excess inches. I was offered a plan from resident nutritionist Yvonne, that really supported my time frame and goals. Thanks to all the team I am happy to wear my itsy bitsy bikini!
