Staff were all friendly but they double booked my appointment so had to come back in an hour. Disappointed in head massage - more like a rub than an Indian head massage. Therapist had to leave the door ajar for lighting and could hear the noise of busy salon upstairs, not very relaxing. Disappointing and won't go back.

I guess Ezgi was in a bad mood but she seemed to want to rush through my blow dry even though the salon was practally empty. She didn’t listen to what I asked for and told me what I wanted (a very basic standard blow dry) was not possible for my “type” of hair and that I needed a keratin treatment which I don’t want as I like my curly wavy natural hair. She curled my hair into ringlets and just didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted. I left feeling upset in the end.
