My fitness programme is designed specifically for YOU, to help sculpt your body and refresh your life. I draw upon a wide range of fitness components to provide you with the most complete and comprehensive exercise regime possible. My aim is to promote a tri-element concept revolving around exercise, nutrition and detoxification. All of my programmes are completely structured to the needs of each individual. You will benefit from resistance training to sculpt your body, flexibility training to lengthen and relax your muscles, core stabilisation to correct your posture and firm up you midsection, cardio training to increase your stamina, health and comprehensive body awareness, as well as nutrition education to help you make the right food choices.

  • If you cancel the order more than 24 hours, you can get a credit note for the amount paid.
