  • Personal Training Session (90 minutes)

All our training sessions are specifically designed to meet your needs.
Prior to all first sessions with RDS-PRO a 10-15 minute telephone consultation is required so that we can fully understand your requirements and what you want to get out of your training, where you would like to train e.g. Gym, Park, Studio etc... We will then work out the best way to design your sessions to suit your needs and work within your timescale.

After your first session and once you become an official client of RDS-PRO, we will take all your measurements including Body Fat Percentage, BMI, Height/Weight and before pictures. Your package will automatically include progress reports which will be tracked and offset against our goals. You can choose to have these reports fortnightly (recommended) or monthly. We will email you a copy of each training session, so if you are unable to make a session you can still continue to stay on course.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For all outdoor sessions, please bring a towel and large bottle of water (we will supply exercise mats, boxing gloves, skipping ropes, resistance bands, TRX suspension cables or any other equipment needed for your session.
  • Any session taking place in your own gym, please ensure guest/trainer access is authorised prior to our first session.
  • Should you need access to one of our partner gyms in Central London, please make sure you inform us of this during our consultation.
