Salon didn’t exist - do not book the salon is not there and no one answers the phone when you try and call to understand where on earth it could be. It’s not on Westfield map either.

The salon closed down and it doesn’t even exist anymore. I rang them twice but no answer. I am a regular customer at Westfield so I know my way round but I double check with security incase they moved to another location which they confirmed the salon no longer exist. This is somewhat like a scam because they’re still on the platform, taking bookings and payments. I have contacted Treatwell and would like a full refund. First ever bad experience via Treatwell - Very disappointed.

I booked a few treatments and I spent an hour trying to find the place. It's not even there anymore. What a nightmare!!! I just received an email to say thank you for my visit and to book my next treatment. Very annoyed as I had to pay £25 for eyebrow threading at blink brow bar as I only had a window of time before going away for a wedding.

Is it possible to book a treatment at the place which does not exist? It certainly is. Booked treatment via Treatwell and no place existing anymore. No answering the calls obviously either. Hard to review it, but it is a bad taste after you run around like crazy and look for place, which does not exist! Maybe someone should remove the salon from booking list? Dissapointment
