The Clinic Did Not Have my booking so i had to wait 30 mins to be seen. also my booked therapist was not working which meant i had to see someone new.

I had my treatment with the lovely Velina in their Hampstead clinic. She explained everything about the treatment and made me feel really welcome. The treatment was painless and I would recommend that if you want great results, you should book in with her and see for yourself! Definitely worth it!

Very impressed with Vanita. Although the booking website was unclear, suggesting that one area (arms) was both arms, not one, when they called to inform me of this and offer the second site half price, rather than me cancel the booking entirely they honoured the website offer of both arms as a single site. The treatment itself was fine, very little discomfort. It is too soon to say whether it has had any effect, but I have not had any adverse effects (bruising etc).

I have finally found a clinic that is both professional in their application of laser treatments at a price that I can afford. I had the ND YAG laser treatment and have had amazing results. After wasting a great deal of money on other clinics with poor results I now feel I am on my way to greater confidence with hair free skin. Thank you TLC Uxbridge.

I booked through Wahanda which referred to a 60% discount on teeth whitening for £99 only to find out that Laser Group were running a in-salon promotion offering the treatment at £49 which you would only know if you went in and asked. However as I had booked through Wahanda and paid already I was not eligible for the promotion. By the time I found out it was too late to cancel the appointment. First and last time using Wahanda. On the day the staff were lovely but knowing I had paid over the odds did ruin it.
