Really enjoyed the massage and I thought the facilities were excellent. Couldn’t fault it at all.

The hotel was nice, I enjoyed the pool area and the treatments. One member of staff (blond woman) was very unfriendly to us in the bar area, extremely impatient and rude. I went to the bar to buy a bottle of water to take away, and I was asked to take a table because it was table service only. This means I had to unnecessarily touch a chair and a table, when I could have just buy the water and leave.

My spirits lifted whilst driving into the premises! The Check-In was great and the room clean and calming - Just the top ticket after nearly 2 years since my last holiday. My treatments were the hot stones massage on the head/shoulders/scalp plus the “Walking On Air” leg massage. I used the gym and the swimming pool.
A further bonus was the use of the Spa after checkout & therefore I departed with a revived spring in my step!!

If you’re looking for a post-Covid spa break, I would say don’t do it - especially at this hotel. The treatments were good but the facilities were all closed so you’re essentially sat by a small, cold pool all day. Not worth the money!

Very nice and clean hotel and Spar facilities. The staff are top notch and very helpful and approachable. We stayed in the refurbished room which was very clean and presentable. Food was good and the courses came within good time.
Only con is our bed were two pushed together singles with a noticable dived in the centre might be worth specifying bed type when booking.
I would suggest asking spar staff before arriving about the best time to use facilities as the can get a little busy at times.
