Turned up 10 mins early to my appointment to be told ‘Oh the stylist didn’t come in today’ I asked why I had not been called and she simply shrugged her shoulders and replied ‘we don’t call customers’ Absolutely appalling!! DO NOT GO HERE

I cannot recommend this salon at all. The stylist seemed sullen and indifferent, barely saying a word, she wanted to cut my hair in a bob, which I did not want. She began to cut my hair without creating a parting! She cut it unevenly. It looks pretty awful now, as though it needs a haircut, with wispy uneven bits. And I thought I'd booked a blow dry, but she said I hadn't, and so I just had a rough dry. I was really looking forward to this first haircut after lock down, but I feel like a mess.
