The therapist was friendly. I had some bruises on my arms due to the waxing done. If you pull the strip too hard, it will damage the skin and blood vessels leading to bruises. I showed them to my therapist and requested her to be gentle. she did try to be gentle later but insisted I've sensitive skin. the owner/manager asked me at the end if everything went fine, and I said yes. I didn't mention bruises as nothing could've changed what had been done. They double dip for underarms (not hygienic).
