I booked my haircut for the afternoon to avoid the salon being crowded. When I arrived,my hair was washed and shampooed and then properly dried before being cut. I had my split ends cut, nape hair trimmed and length slightly adjusted. Would highly recommend Saara's if you live nearby especially for the price point and attention to detail. John did a great job and did not push products like some salons do.

Val cut my hair exactly as I asked and continually asked before chopping new layer off - which I really appreciated following a bad experience with another salon where the stylistq cut way more than I asked. She was really lovely to chat to and did my hair and eyebrows beautifully.
