Pleasantly surprised by the venue. Really enjoyed my facial and back massage and the staff where very friendly and accommodating. I also had a light lunch in the bar area which I really enjoyed.

My friend and I visit the Village Spa Hyde this week and from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam & jacuzzi and then went for our leisurely lunch, which was good, until it was time for our treatment. Our treatment was superb as we're the staff Beth and Katherine who looked after us. We are definitely planning another visit.

Our first visit to the Spa at The Village Hyde was a Birthday gift to my twin daughters who are 30 - we had the Perfect Day, the staff were lovely and made us feel very calm and relaxed.The whole experience put massive smiles on our faces - we will definately be back for more.

To whom it may concern I visited the Village Spa on Saturday 10th February with my Mum; this was a special treat for her birthday, we both had the spa package that was £62.50 each. When I made the booking I was told that the treatments would be in separate rooms and both were booked in for 12 midday. When we arrived at the spa we were shown into the same treatment room for dual treatments. The treatments we had were fine, however we did not use the other spa facilities so had to change in the room. This room was clearly not big enough for dual treatments, there were no chairs or anything similar for us to put our clothes on so we both had to leave them on the floor. The room was very cramped and facilities were not adequate for relaxing treatments. I am very disappointed with the ambience and did not feel relaxed at all. This was a special treat for my Mums birthday and she had been poorly all over Christmas so was looking forward to this. At this moment I would not recommend this Spa as a relaxing and customer accommodating place to visit. When we were having our treatments the room was so quiet it was deafening – apart from hearing the beauticians stomach rumble every few minutes. What happened to the relaxing music that normally played in the back ground when having a relaxing beauty treatment as I have experienced in other spas/beauty salons on the past? The room was just not relaxing at all and overall we were both very disappointed, on the plus side the products that were used were nice and treatments were average. It is with regret that I inform you of this, however I am truly very disappointed. I am yet to rate this experience on the link sent and trip advisor.
