Treatwell fail. Booked treatment, then contacted by proprietor by email to say she wasn’t working through Treatwell anymore. No idea whose fault that is, but I know I paid up front in good faith. Proprietor not helpful or apologetic. I’d be mortified if someone had paid me £75 for something that I had no intention of doing, but apparently that’s just me. My last time using Treatwell as it’s utterly appalling to take money up front from people for treatments that can’t be delivered

I hadn’t been to this salon before and took a chance with a late last minute booking, thankfully it paid off! Laura was so efficient and lovely to be around. A kind and caring person with a lovely warmth the second you meet her. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
