Booked an appointment, and after searching for the right door for 10 minutes, no would answer the bell to let me in. Complete waste of an evening.

Didn't get my treatment as person I'd booked with was apparently not working for the company any more. Had to wait 20mins for someone to tell me this and they weren't able to accommodate me. Highly displeased
