Really bad experience at this place. After many remainders to attend, the place was manage by a girl who didn’t know why my appointment was not schedule and the person who suppose to do the facial was nowhere in the place. Asked for a refund from treatwell as I couldn’t get my tratment. Would not use this place even if it was free.

Not great, the place was in a bad state of repair and for the price you pay you would expect at least this. I pay half price in central London for a much better experience.
