I called the salon on my way there to say I’d be 5 minutes late. They told me, as my Uber arrived, that the woman wasn’t there… the owner was meant to call me back to reschedule, but I’m still waiting. Atrocious customer service, and not what I’d expect from a professional business.
I arrived to be told there was no-one to do my hair today and could I try again tomorrow
I have seen other clients have this experience before, I won't go back again
The staff are friendly and they do a good job but the availability is not reliable

Struggled to find the place as it was sign posted as something else. Hair cut was fine but despite saying I have curly hair it got dried with a hair dryer without a diffuser making it frizzy and now I won't know the actual length until I rewash it tomorrow and let it dry naturally
It wasnr Nadia but still an amazing job. My location was moved to another area aswl.
