Treatment wasn't explained at all. The box felt too hot but I hadn't had moxibustion before so wasn't sure what to expect or whether I was being unreasonable so just tried to occasionally lift the box so I wasn't burned. I said that it felt too hot and the member of staff said they could get me another tissue for under the box but they weren't sure whether that would negate the effects of the treatment. I said that I would be okay but ended up with a red burn lasting three days.

I had abdominal massage & back massage. It was really relaxing and my stomach felt so much better after my treatment. Would definitely recommend
