I was very apprehensive about getting waxed for the first time since lockdown but I had a great experience. It was very clean and calming. I was switched to a different person because of scheduling but that wasn't a problem and I got a call confirming that was ok. Overall the same excellent service I've had at Beauty Inc the past couple of years
Hollywood Waxing
There is no pedicure chair, just a normal small chair to sit in with a separate pedicure foot bath that you put your feet in. The salon was messy inside, and disorganized. There was local radio blasting on the speakers playing pop music which did not create a relaxing environment at all. I was sat directly in the sun making me very hot, increasingly sweaty and uncomfortable. No offer for water or refreshment. Gel manicure came completely off one finger the next day. Pedicure looks nice.

I always love my experience with Kelsang, she's the best in my view. As a guy doing my eyebrows before with other ladies, they never really care much to elaborate how things could be done to achieve best results and advise. My experience with Kelsang is she is always very kind and maintain relation on a top professional level. Returning there every 3 weeks it's never just about my eyebrows, I have a great and pleasant time. Overall definitely she is 5 out of 5.
