Joyce was really lovely, but the overall experience wasn’t great. The space was very cluttered, not at all as it is in the photos. There was also quite a bit of damp on the ceiling which was dripping a bit. The space is also quite small, so I couldn’t properly already my legs - kind of important for a Brazilian. It meant that Joyce couldn’t really hold my skin taut and so the was took of quite a lot of skin. I’ve had waxed before and I know sometimes this can happen, but I was a little bit raw afterwards and it was painful for a lot longer than usual.

It's cheap, but not a very nice place to have a treatment. I also felt like Joyce was quite rude and said some (untrue) insensitive things about my skin, clearly just trying to push another product or treatment. I felt uncomfortable there and wouldn't go back.
