As someone who has been getting Hollywood waxes for over a year from various salons, I’ve never been made to feel as bad as I did leaving this one.
First of all when I booked my appointment for 11am expecting the salon to be have been open for a couple hours already as there were earlier booking times available. I arrived to an empty and closed salon where I had to call and double check my appointment. The lady opening the salon told me she was outside and we didn’t enter the shop untill about 5 later.
Expecting to be the first person to be seen too, the beautician then proceeded to start treatment on a woman that had walked in moments after me.
When she finally took me to the treatment to start waxing, I was expecting her to give me some privacy to undress and lay on the table, but the beautician stayed in the room and watched which made me feel very uncomfortable.
As we were about to start I had questions about the wax, as I wasn’t familiar with the technique she was using. Instead of explaining calmly she got very defensive, which again made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t like the over atmosphere of the place as she didn’t make me feel welcome and comfortable, especially for a treatment that makes you feel very vulnerable. She kept saying that because I “changed beauticians of course I wouldn’t feel comfortable” after I expressed my discomfort. I just felt like the whole time she was a little angry at me.
Overall this was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I think this salon needs to work on creating a more welcoming and relaxing environment especially for customers going in for treatments such as intimate waxing

Absolutely appalling service . Facial and eyelash extensions were booked via Treatwell app just after 9am for appointment slot at 11am. Arrived at salon to be told they weren’t expecting me and that I should of called them before attending my appointment. Then was told I would need to come back the following day if I wanted my eye lashes done . Advised that I couldn’t attend on another day . The facial was commenced using cold water and was just an awful experience sat on a barber reclining chair with creams applied like a mask thick then left until wiped off with

And waiting half an hour the owner finally answers the repeated calls . I was told that it was my fault for booking through the app and that I didn’t give appropriate notice that I wished eyelash’s, I advised that if the service wasn’t available that they shouldn’t be advertising on the app . I am still awaiting a refund for the service which was prepaid at time of booking . Avoid this so called beauty salon I have never experienced such bad service and poor customer service absolutely appalling manner in which to run a service .

They seemed to have no idea I was coming though I’d booked through treatwell and so I was quite rudely turned away.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! This place is just unbelievable. I booked my appointment, went there and waited for 20 minutes under the rain because nobody was there! Nobody picking up the phone and nobody knew I even had an appointment. And from the outside the place looked really dodgy... Simply DO NOT even bother booking anything here.
