After booking a wax and travelling to the salon, it turned out upon arrival that they no longer employ anyone to do waxing and their Treatwell account was not updated

Good communication. This salon don't currently offer waxing but they called me to let me know as soon as my booking went through. Very polite. Salon looks lovely.

Salon contacted me directly so say that they don't actually have the appointments available that are advertised on Treatwell, and tried to book me in for a weekday morning (tried to book for a Saturday). Seems they are using Treatwell to advertise rather than to book.
