The actual haircut was very nice but I was charged an extra £15 for having 'very long' hair and wanting it styled (i.e. layers). There was no option on Treatwell to select 'very long' hair or an option to pay extra for layers so I found it deceptive to be charged extra after pre-paying the normal amount. I felt that a very long hair charge would have been reasonable had it been an option when booking, but charging for layers is ridiculous as any hairdresser usually includes layers in a haircut.
