Not a great system that if a treatment is going on the door is locked, was left waiting outside for a patch test, even though I had asked if there was a good time and was ignored. I was offered a drink on arrival, but they didn’t have coffee, then realised they didn’t have milk to make tea either. All felt a bit disorganised and uncomfortable to be honest. But the treatments were really good, especially pleased with the eyebrows and attention to details on my mani and pedi. So overall pleased.

It was utterly amazing! Genuinely the best two hours of mine and my friends life (we had the same treatments at the same time)! From booking right through to the end the staff were helpful, thoughtful and nothing was too small or too difficult. The staff know what they are doing and seem to take real pride in it.
I would recomend Bom Dia to anyone and everyone. I have never left anywhere feeling so relaxed and pampered.
My friend and I will most definitly be going back, many times!
