I came to get some assistance with a severely sore, tight back. I have left feeling exactly the same as I arrived. Really, really unimpressed.
I thought the therapist did not really know how to perform a massage at all
I thought the ‘spa’ was a glorified public swimming pool. Aren’t you meant to have music and candles in therapy room to make the atmosphere calm and relaxing? The experience was anything but relaxing.
Another thing - the therapist continued to talk through the entire treatment. Not ok.
I am genuinely shocked this treatment cost £45 - still trying to figure out how you think you can charge this for the level of service I received.
I await a response to see what can be done to resolve this problem.

The treatment was ok and the member of staff that did it was really nice. But the actual leisure centre was very basic and there was a lot of litter lying about which made you worry about the overall cleanliness.

The Spa at Marshall Street Leisure Centre is just a couple of minutes from Soho attractions Liberty and the London Palladium. They combine traditional thermal therapies with contemporary treatments. Along with saunas, steam rooms and massages there’s also a menu of waxing, manicures and pedicures, body and facial treatments.
Towels, robes and footwear are provided, as are complimentary refreshments of infused water and teas. Some weekday mornings in this peaceful, relaxing environment are set aside as male only, female only and mixed sessions. Products include Caudalie and GELeration.
