Venue does not look like in the pictures - no mani or pedi desks / chairs, just a large empty waiting room, with staff members sat around on their phones. My eyebrows were waxed too low into the delicate area of the eyelid which removed my skin- it is still healing now, 4 weeks later. Then the venue said they could no longer accept card payments so I had to set up a bank transfer there and then. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone I know.

She didn’t really seem to know what she was doing and I found the whole experience rather unpleasant. I’ve had reflexology there before which was good, so maybe it was just an inexperienced therapist.

It seemed they didn’t differentiate between any type of massage. You can ask for whatever type, but you’ll just get the standard. I asked her to focus on my legs but she did all over. It was an average massage but didn’t really solve any problems. I’m booking another somewhere else to remedy. Also, it was apparently cheaper if I didn’t use Treatwell. Their standard rate was cheaper. I’m not sure if the service aligned to what I ordered. It seemed to be a one size fits all type of massage.
