So happy with the French manicure and pedicure

I arrived at the time of the appointment and the venue looked closed. I was about to leave and ask for refund,when suddenly a lady arrives, doesn’t say a word or apologies and almost looks annoyed by my questions. Very rude. Manicure was good though.
