The most disappointing experience I have ever had to come across in UK. I booked an appointment for 15th June at 1pm and pre paid the Russian volume lashes (£85), and I arrived to the address very early. I kept waiting and ringing the iLashMe number, but there was no answer. Finally my call was answered, and the girl (Melissa) told me she was not aware of the appointment, and is out of town until 11pm that night. I was upset as I scheduled my day according to the appointment, and travelled from fairly away, but I was understanding as we all make mistakes. We rearranged, and Melissa agreed to meet me at the address on Sunday 17th June at 10am. I planned my day again this in mind, and arrived to the address 9.55am. I waited and waited, called the number around 10 times, left voice messages and text messages. And nothing. No answer to my calls, no response what so ever. The level of treatment I received is so astonishingly shocking that I cannot even find the words to describe it. I am flying to Italy tomorrow, and truly wanted to have this treatment done, hence I paid for it in advance and made two trips to the iLashMe venue, just to stand there, wait and be ignored. I sent the girl already a msg asking for a very quick refund of the money, or I will have to take this matter further.

I feel terrible for leaving a negative review... The positives are that the set up is pretty and clean and Melissa is a nice person. However... I do not think the infill I paid for was of a good enough quality. Lots of my overgrown lashes were left. The glue applied was too thick at the base and lots of lashes were left with no extensions. The appointment only took 45 minutes but I was charged for 90 minutes. And I feel so bad for saying this, but the stale smoke smell made me feel nauseous... I will not be going back, which is a real shame as I genuinely wanted to, seeing as Melissa is so close to me.
This was my touch up appointment. Mel corrected and refined the definition of the eyebrow from the 1st visit.
It's only been 2 days since my appointment and my eyebrows are very sore. People should be aware this procedure is painful and there is some bruising around the brow area which will last for a week. The after cream she gives should be applied thickly & as much as possible.
I can't comment on the final result until after the scabbing and healing process but I do know Mel will fix any minor issues.
She has a very professional attitude and wants her clients to be very satisfied.
