I'm so disappointed! I visited the salon on Saturday morning for a simple wash and trim. I have relatively thin, long hair which is all one length so I had assumed it was a straight forward treatment. I never saw my hair from behind once it was cut (as you usually do), instead she rushed to put it in a plait and took payment. The treatment took 15 minutes in total and when I returned home, it was obvious why the appointment hadn't taken very long... My hair was completely uneven, lop-sided in fact and huge chunks of my hair were longer than other parts. Both my boyfriend and mum have had to try and even it out in order for it to look acceptable. Overall, a VERY poor experience which I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
