Booked online, travelled 15 minutes to get there only to be told when we turned up that theres a 2 hour wait because she had booked in a hair apt and didn’t check her online bookings. She didn’t apologise, but instead told us we should have phoned in to check she wasn’t busy, the nerve of her to blame us for her fault. Avoid this salon as she is rude and very unfriendly with no customer service skills at all! Will never use her salon again!
Made my eyes sting and itch like mad. Good price however shop was very unclean and unprofessional and lady was unfriendly.
