Terrible - I went to attend my appointment at the time I had booked only to find the place was closed. I have both emailed and left a phone message with the salon but have had no response. Completely hopeless, will not be bothering again.

I went and it was closed. Called the number on the page which went to voicemail which I then texted. It’s been a whole 24 hours which I haven’t heard from them. It’s disappointing they don’t take into consideration other people

The staff were pleasant and it was a haircut with a trainee member, however the haircut ended up taking 3 hours and was very poorly done

You're then led to a hairdressing station where you can enjoy the indulgent experience as their experts work their magic with style, class and professionalism.
You can choose to be a model for an apprentice or opt for a more experienced stylist. There's a low starting price for all services.
