Our stylist Ezequiel has got a great deal of experience thanks to training at TONY&GUY, followed by DESSANGE Hair Salon and working in 14 different countries representing the French artistic team. However, London was always a base between his destinations and he decided to continue to develop as a stylist here. He displays a lot of knowledge of colours, as he worked for L'Oréal as a senior adviser. What is more, he finished Hairdressing nvq Schools Teacher in East Africa for City & Guild for an UN education program. Overall, Ezequiel has over 29 years of experience as a senior stylist and a very nice, calm person, who is very fond of his skills. Speaks : Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swahili and English

My adventure with hairdressing started when I was just 12 years old to make some pocket money. That’s when I started doing cafe hair wash and looking the way stylists work in a local hair salon some Saturday and during some school holidays. At 16 up to 23 years old I excel and perform with getting exams, doing competitions and working in many great salons in Lyon my experience in hairdressing brought me up to become a manager and develop a hair salon, bar with DJ's performing on a platform inside the hair salon studio. When I set up a business in London I managed to mix my passion for hairdressing and wine to create a concept of a hair salon wine bar & wine shop. I grew up in Lyon & Alpes where I learnt the secrets of marketing from my family first my grand dad , who was supplying local businesses with fish & wine. Thanks to that I established a network of great wine producers in France and for some I continue to import their wine until today. I also used to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and with sommeliers at my grandmother’s restaurant. At the moment I have a great team on board with brillant stylists: Inna, Neus, Virginja, Saide, Ludmila and Asia, who have over 6 to 30 years of experience, and Julia an excellent Chez Stephan assistant & receptionist. All of them are highly experienced and mostly trained internationally. They all have obtained experience from many known studios and hair stylists. We all worked in the industry for so many years and still have passion for it. For me nothing is better than making people feel better and giving a little happiness. Saide was born in Albania, then moved to Italy when she was just 5 years old. She started her career in 2015 after training in a private hairdressing school for one year. After 5 years of working in hairdressing, she attended professional technical courses to learn about a variety of colouring and balayage techniques. Finally, she moved to England in 2019 to continue working as a hairdresser and started working in the centre of Oxford. She is passionate, driven and devoted to learn and create. Saide specialises in any hair services for ladies from haircuts to colouring! At the moment I have a great team on board with brillant stylists: Inna, Neus, Virginja, Saide, Ludmila and Asia, who have over 6 to 30 years of experience, and Julia an excellent Chez Stephan assistant & receptionist. Ludmila Kroklis was born in 1979 in Latvia. She graduated technician hair colourist in 2001 at Riga after 3 years in hairdressing school. With now a background of 20 years work experience in hair industry. She has been living in London since 2008 and have always worked in hair salon as a senior stylist colourist technician, lady hair cut, hair do and gents hair cut. In London she worked in 3 places at East Ham, Baker Street and Paddington area. Ludmila looks for stability and a long term place where she feels good to share her passion for hairdressing. With the ambition to always keep going her carrier even been a mother with 2 children. She is a brilliant hairdresser and never stops improving and learning new practises. LUANA (b 1989) Originally from Northern Italy, speaks Italian, Spanish and English (maybe soon a little French..) She started her hairstyling career in 2015 and Graduated from Vidal Sassoon Academy, NVQ lev 3. She worked in some great salons in London: ‘Making Waves’ in Barnes, ‘The Valet’ at Low Addiscombe. She is very friendly with everyone and loves kids too. She even worked at ‘Trotters’ and ‘Orchidée des Papillons’ in Richmond. She was at ‘FAB Hair’ Pimlico and worked with a hair agency before starting at Chez Stephan. We are glad that she joined our team and are sure that she will succeed here. She is a creative and skilful- lady colour expert & hairstylist plus a barber too! She is able to tackle both long and short hair in amazing style. Her barber training is great with a razor and Hot Towel shaves!! Luana, with her bubbly character has loads of enthusiasm and passion for Hairdressing.
