The lady was lovely, but something went wrong with the underarm wax and it’s been quite painful ever since. Legs were fine, I probably have very sensitive underarms and didn’t realise it was so hot.

Sadly, despite me calling 3 days before to confirm my booking, the salon was closed when I arrived for my appointment. I waited 30 mins & called 3 times but there was no answer & no-one appeared. Extremely disappointing. Won't be booking there again.
