The treatment went went, the waxer was very good at her job. However, there were a few hairs not caught by the wax which could have been tweased afterwards. Apart from that it was a good experience.

Most of the staff were Lovely, but manicure was terrible. The nails were filed all wrong. I asked for straight cut, they were sharp on the edges.and she filed the sides down so much that they looked an awful shape. The initial filing down was rushed. After that they swapped over and the young lady was very nice but the manicure did not last at all. I had it done at 3 by 6 there were already chips, for a French manicure I was very disappointed. The quality was lacking.
