The hairdresser didn't show up, the salon was closed. They should have called to cancel or say they could not make it. Very rude.

The salon refused to accept that I had prepaid with the app dispute showing them my receipt and told me they only take cash. There was a member if staff smoking in the doorway and the salon smelt of smoke.
