I appreciate that I was able to book last minute however the staff member seemed rushed, a little unorganised and did not communicated well the things that were needed to be supplied by ourselves. The finish on the manicure and pedicure are very rough and do not look professionally done which is a shame for the price. The massage was lovely but I would not book again for my nails, I would prefer to do them myself.

I booked 1 hour facial and 1hour aromatherapy massage for my birthday treat. Despite of I booked very last moment Rija responder immediately, and she recommended to come one hour earlier as it suited more to her, I agreed. How ever she was a bit late and with set up time we started a 20 minutes later. So she reduced my treatment for 20 minutes without telling me. When I asked her that it’s supposed to be two hours of my paid time, she said my facial is vary ( but it was not nowhere on the description) during the treatment we had zero conversation about my skin condition, no recommendations no single question about my preferences, she started squeezing my nose which was very painful I was have to stop it because of my special health condition which not allowed me to have this procedure. For aromatherapy massage I could not smell no sensual oils aroma it felt like basic oil. However massage was good and I managed to relax in very end. Also I was expecting full body massage but she covered only back side of my body ( it also was nothing on the service description unfortunately) that’s would be my recommendation to improve.
