Was bought floatation experience as a gift for Christmas, and proceeded to book, we then needed to change the appointment and had over 3 weeks to do so but in that time could not get hold of anyone on the phone number provided, could not even leave a message, it would just cut you off, sent emails, still did not get a response. Went online to look up another way of getting hold of the floatation center, only to find a message saying that it had closed permanently. No refund either.

I booked this place weeks ago but when I turned up there was a cleaning lady most surprised that I was there because she told me that the business had closed weeks earlier. Treatwell needs to stop taking bookings for this place. I want my money back!

The rooms were tiny. The deep tissue massage was relatively ok but felt cold int he room. When asked another towel was placed on my feet. I was only massaged on the back and not on the front which was odd. Spent too long massaging my neck with hardly any pressure. She didn’t even massage my feet. The floatation pod was nice until I got water in my eye and then I couldn’t relax and found it hard to breathe. I did fall asleep and was relaxing. Need a room to get ready in after. No space
