Ava was lovely and made me feel at ease. The LED facial was brilliant and relaxing. She was super generous when I had to cancel a hollywood wax due to personal reasons; I knew I could not get a refund but she offered me a facial instead without me expecting anything. I really felt that she went above and beyond in every aspect of the booking and treatment. thank you!
