Welcome to Cosmic Health Therapies and Yoga. Mia is an established and experienced multi-disciplined therapist practicing since 2003. Cosmic Health provides in-house, corporate and event based treatments and courses.

Cosmic Health can assist you in the treatment and prevention of chronic and acute health issues or just offer you the opportunity to enjoy some rest and relaxation with the extensive range of wonderfully luxurious treatments and yoga classes.

Yoga classes are held on Monday evenings at Barnabas Arts House and every day of the week at different venues and times in Newport and Caerleon. All classes are suitable for all abilities including beginners.

With an experienced teacher, in addition to learning how to safely practise classical yoga postures (asanas), particular emphasis is given to breath-work, (pranayama), relaxation techniques and meditation.

Classes are not strictly confined to the practice of Hatha Yoga. Mia frequently likes to draw on other yoga/ spiritual/ energetic traditions.

Small class sizes ensure plenty of one-to-one support and a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

Cosmic Yoga encourages, enables and inspires students to develop and enjoy a confident, holistic approach to personal practice at home and in daily life.

Courses run throughout the year, (some only during term-times).
